1.Meet performance standards of respective sub-function Operational efficiency & effectiveness
2.Able to deliver the output within agreed timelines
3.Responsible for responding customer mails within TAT
4.Responsible for MIS preparations, attending queries and client calls
5.Responsible for executing SIP transactions
6.Responsible for checking daily reports and maintaining the quality
7.Manage operations & ensure delivery as per SOP (Standard Operating Process)
8.Client Relationship management
9.Team management to ensure higher productivity & quality orientation
Job Specification:
1.Candiate must be a Graduate/Post Graduate
2.Candidate must have command/proficiency in English
3.Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
4.Must have basic knowledge on Mutual Funds
